An American TV drama series with more than a hint of humour, created by Eric Kripke, which debuted on September 13, 2005 on The WB network, and is now part of The CW's network lineup.
Starring Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles, the series follows two brothers as they hunt demons and other figures of the supernatural. Series 7 has just finished (May 2012), and has been renewed for an 8th season by the CW network.
